What should I do if I get every email twice after installing SYNCING.NET?

If you get duplicate email, you receive the email twice. Receive emails only on one computer (“Tools -> Options -> Mail Setup -> Send/Receive -> All Accounts -> Edit”) and let them sync to the other with SYNCING.NET, then it doesn’t matter if you leave a copy on the server.
