If you plan to upgrade or change the operating system on your computer, we strongly recommend these actions prior to the uninstallation of the existing operating system or prior to the upgrade to the new operating system.

  1. Remove this peer from all SYNCING.NET "Sync Folders" and "Outlook Groups"
  2. Uninstall SYNCING.NET including its settings on all Windows user accounts

After the installation of the new operating system SYNCING.NET can be re-installed and the peer can join the SYNCING.NET "Sync Folders" and -"Outlook Groups" again.
